RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Nar Gourmet. This site, including its subpages, at http://us.nargourmet.com (the "Site") is operated by Nar Gourmet Inc. ("Nar Gourmet" or "we", "us", "our" and similar references) and is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and provide our services to you.  We are pleased to sell our products but understand that, in some instances, you may desire to return the purchased item to us.

Our return, refund and exchange policy is as follows:

Valid Returns:  Most items purchased through the Site may be returned subject to these conditions.  Do not return your items to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.   We issue refunds for Valid Returns.  A Valid Return is a returned item received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, unused, unopened (for preserved food items, such as jams or jellies) and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.  We will not accept any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Final Sales:  Certain items may not be returned:  all sale items, gift cards, and perishable food items (such as but not limited to fresh fruit or baked goods).  Additional items that are not returnable will be identified as a “final sale” on the Site.  

Defective or Damaged Items:  If you have an item that is defective or damaged, you may return that item to us and we will exchange it for the same or a similar item, in our discretion.  

Ship To:  All returns and exchanges should be sent to:  349 5th Avenue, Suite#617, New York, NY 10016.

Shipping Costs:  You will be solely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not issue a refund for any item that we do not receive.

Refund/Exchange Process:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time after receiving our notification of approval, we suggest taking the following steps:   first, check your bank account again; second, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; third, contact your bank--there is often some processing time before a refund is posted; and then, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@nargourmet.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gift Items:  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
